There are certainly a lot of details like that to take into consideration. That is a great point to bring up. I offer the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you bring up where the most important thing will be working in honest good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a fair game. For me, my maternity leave with Cole was a big turning point. A) i realized then that I wasn’t SO important that work couldn’t survive without me. and B) I realized that I could get a lot done in short spurts if I stayed focused.Also. I have a really good boss. If I still worked for my previous boss, I might not feel the same way. Canobie has one of those 1970s Arrow corkscrews (it's actually the second one ever made); I don't find it painful, I think because I'm tall enough to avoid the worst of henibaagdng, but it definitely knocks you around a little. After I get off of it I feel a little unsteady. Marathon riding would be out of the question.
